Here at DXC Technology we continue to grow our SAP practice. We are seeking an SAP HCM Talent Management Lead to design and deliver talent processes in SAP HCM. This role covers performance management, succession planning, learning, recruitment, and career development, enabling organisations to build workforce capability and align talent strategies with business growth.
You will work closely with HR leadership, L&D, and business stakeholders to implement talent processes using SAP HCM modules. The role ensures integration with Core HR and Payroll, while delivering analytics and reporting to support data-driven workforce decisions.
Due to the nature of our clients work we can only consider sole British Nationals that have lived and worked in the UK consecutively for the past 5 years, unfortunately we are unable to consider dual nationals currently.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP HCM Talent modules, including:
- Performance Management - goal setting, appraisals, performance reviews.
- Personnel Development (PD) - qualifications, career paths, training needs.
- Succession Planning - identify successors for critical roles.
- Learning Solution (LSO) - catalogues, training schedules, compliance.
- E-Recruiting - requisitions, applicant tracking, onboarding.
- Career & Workforce Planning - competency frameworks, workforce planning.
- Lead workshops with HR, L&D, and business leaders.
- Ensure integration with Core HR (OM/PA), Payroll, and Compensation.
- Drive testing, cutover, and go-live readiness for talent processes.
- Deliver dashboards and reporting on performance, succession, and learning KPIs.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in SAP HCM Talent modules (PD, PM, Succession, LSO).
- Familiarity with SAP E-Recruiting and career development frameworks.
- Understanding of integration with Core HR, Payroll, and Compensation.
- Experience supporting HR strategy with analytics and reporting.
Tools & Methodologies
- SAP HCM Talent Management modules (PD, PM, LSO, E-Recruiting).
- SAP HR workflows and structural authorisations.
- SAP Activate / ASAP., * Degree in HR, Business, or Organisational Development.
- SAP HCM Talent Management certification preferred.
