In the role you will lead from the front; Partnering with our clients to deliver impactful outcomes whilst simultaneously fostering the growth of your team. You will be responsible and accountable for the successful implementation of the ServiceNow platform on complex and large-scale engagements.
Features of your role include:
- Developing new business opportunities and expanding the firm's client base. Use your experience to identify potential clients, develop proposals, and participate in business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Working closely in partnership with our clients to understand their aspirations, needs and provide solutions that meet their business objective and goals.
- Lead project teams, responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
- Manage the financials of the project ensuring that the project is profitable and that resources are allocated effectively.
- Apply standard delivery models and form relationships across the global Firm and Global Delivery Network to leverage the best in bread delivery models.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in ServiceNow, staying up to date with industry trends and best practices, and sharing your knowledge with clients and team members.
- Provide guidance, support to team members, and ensure that everyone is working towards the same goal.
- Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills and advance their careers. They provide feedback and support to help team members achieve their goals.
- Drive our ServiceNow business and practice development activities relating to our growing ServiceNow capability.
- Understand and contribute to the firm's commitment to creating a more inclusive environment.

Accelerate our Business Development
You will play a vital role to in growing and developing our delivery pipeline, developing new business opportunities, and expanding the firm's client base.
- Lead in the development of proposals, providing Architectural insight and expertise to identity the right fit approach and solution for prospective clients.
- Help credentialise Deloittes expertise through supporting in Oral presentations.
- Create resource estimates and commercial approaches to support Business development.
- Follow Deloitte methodology and approaches.
- Build delivery time scales and project plans.
- Work with others as part of a wider response team.
- Understand offshore and onshore models to provide best solution for delivery and client outcomes.
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are confident, experienced, and collaborative; bringing their own experiences to strengthen our growing capability. Deloitte works best connected, and we are looking for individuals with the ability to foster relationships across the firm as well as with our clients., * Demonstrable experience leading complex, outcome focused, ServiceNow transformation programmes within our private sector industries, relating to ServiceNow, Enterprise service management and service operating models.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and varied environment.
- Proven experience in the implementation of ServiceNow applications including but not limited to ITSM, HRSD, iRM, ITOM, and CSM or equivalent.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in Energy, Resource and Industrial (ER&I) industries.
- Commercial awareness to manage effective client, supplier, and partner relationships.
- Understanding of the project sales cycle, including structuring a programme with appropriate resources and cost modelling.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, challenging, and varied environment.
- Enthusiasm and passion for the delivery of market leading solutions that make a difference and for building the business and reputation of the practice.
Desirable experience
- Certified in Prince2 and/or Agile disciplines or equivalent.
- Certified in ITIL v3/4 Foundation or higher, or equivalent certifications.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer or equivalent.
- Certified ServiceNow Implementation or equivalent.
- Certified Technology Architect or Master Architect or equivalent.
