Help shape and deliver the native app experience across iOS and Android.

Stay hands-on across discovery, interaction design and UI craft.

Apply and contribute to reusable patterns, components and design system evolution.

Use insights and research findings to validate solutions and drive direction.
-
Report to and work closely with the Lead Product Designer for Native Apps.
-
Hybrid - 2 days per week in the Soho, London office and 3 days from home.
What you'll be doing:
-
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and fellow designers to shape the native app experience.
-
Plan, run and analyse research to validate ideas and generate clear evidence.
-
Use insights and analytics to iterate solutions and influence decisions.
-
Produce user journeys, flows, wireframes and prototypes to bring ideas to life.
-
Design native interactions and patterns across the home-moving journey.
-
Partner with Content Design when shaping complex flows and messaging.
-
Consider tone, hierarchy and edge cases across the app experience.
-
Support accessibility and help others understand the value of inclusive design.
-
Apply and improve design system components and patterns.
-
Identify opportunities to improve patterns and share feedback with the design system team.
-
Work closely with Product on direction, risks and commercial awareness.

Contribute to improving workflows and design practices within the apps teams.

Share work early, participate in critiques and collaborate across disciplines.

Document your design thinking and decisions for delivery teams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in iOS?, * A collaborative mindset and confidence working in cross-functional teams.

Strong communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders.
-
Curiosity and creativity, including exploring emerging tools and responsible use of AI.
-
Experience designing and shipping native app experiences end-to-end.
-
Strong understanding of iOS and Android design patterns, capabilities and constraints.
-
Ability to design complex journeys and multi-step interactions.
-
Experience using research, data and analytics to inform design decisions.
-
Ability to produce polished UI and prototypes that align with our design system.

Confidence navigating technical conversations and constraints.
-
Skill in balancing usability, commercial goals and technical feasibility.
-
Inclusive design awareness with attention to detail and quality.
