Job description
If you're a SITS developer looking for ownership, visibility, influence, and genuinely interesting technical challenges, this is the project. They're replacing their entire ecosystem with Tribal SITS, covering Admissions, Student Records, Progression, Awards, Fees, Finance, Integrations, Curriculum & Reporting, a true end-to-end rebuild. It is an excellent opportunity for SITS Developers to join this early in the project, be part of successful, well resourced programme but also upskill on SAM module, which would sharpen your marketability in the Higher Education market.
Requirements
The organisation is undergoing a Student Records System Transformation Programme, replacing Unit-e with Tribal SITS. They've gone live release 1. As part of the next phase of delivery, they are looking for an articulate, confident, and technically strong SITS Developer to work on the Finance strand of the implementation., + Demonstrable experience as a SITS Developer: SRLs, Tasks, Vistas, Workflows, Rulesets

Skills around HTML, CSS, Java script, SQL etc

Strong communicator: able to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Confident working directly with business areas, including BAs and SMEs to translate requirements into SITS configurations Desirable skills

Experience with Agresso, Flywire, or other HE finance related systems

Knowledge of HE Finance processes (fees, invoicing, reconciliations)

Experience with SITS SAM

Exposure to student finance integrations or data feeds You'll work very closely with an internal Technical BA, a highly engaged Finance team, and a Tribal consultant on the finance strand. You won't be inheriting years of technical debt, you're helping define the standard for the new system. The organisation have over a dozen seconded specialists: BAs, configurators, change leads, data experts, and Tribal consultants. You'll be central to a highly collaborative, delivery focused environment.
