As part of the Risk Skill Development Programme, you'll spend 2-3 years building your career in banking, while contributing to the improvement of Nationwide's processes, products, and services.

The team applies advanced machine learning and AI techniques across a diverse range of risk domains, from strengthening controls in anti-money laundering and fraud detection, to supporting the safe and responsible adoption of GenAI, and contributing to wider initiatives in credit risk and regulatory compliance., At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. Do you have experience in Python?, Your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships will be invaluable when collaborating with colleagues across different teams.
