Job description

We're recruiting a highly organised Workplace/Transition Coordinator to support a major national account on a temporary basis. This role focuses on utilities onboarding, documentation control, and project support across multiple new sites coming into the portfolio., Utilities Coordination

  • Handle initial utility transfers for new sites coming online
  • Maintain accurate utility records and documentation
  • Support clients with utility applications
  • Help resolve utility payment issues (e.g., queries, shut-offs, unexplained bills)

Document Turnover

  • Set up project folders and manage stakeholder access
  • Review and validate uploaded documents, reporting findings to the Transition Manager
  • Transfer documents between systems/databases where required
  • Track and log all received/outstanding project documents

General Project Support

  • Monitor pipeline site trackers
  • Liaise with the Transition Manager weekly to update site progress
  • Ensure accurate, timely information is shared and logged across the region

Requirements

  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage data, documentation, and multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Confident communication skills
  • Experience in coordination, administration, FM support, utilities admin, or similar (preferred but not essential)
  • Comfortable working remotely with stakeholders across the UK
