This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT professional seeking part-time, flexible work that fits around other commitments - whether that's further study, personal projects, or family life - while remaining part of an international, high-performance technology team.
What You'll Do
- Provide on-site support for IT incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Support workstations, laptops, and peripherals used by airline and office-based employees.
- Perform basic hardware break-fix and workstation installations.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues through floor-walking and collaboration with the Global Service Desk.
- Work closely with two primary engineers on a 4-on / 4-off shift pattern, providing valuable weekday continuity and coverage. Monday-Friday, 4 hours per day (flexible daytime hours)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * At least 2 years' experience in IT support or desktop engineering.
- Solid knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and ticketing systems.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in French and English (both mandatory); other European languages are an advantage.
- Eligibility to work in Switzerland and flexibility to work on-site at Geneva Airport.

What We Will Offer
Salary: Pro-rata CHF 45,000-50,000 per annum (Full-time OTE CHF 90,000-100,000), * Pension Plan 50/50
