Job description
KC Netz manages the network (WAN and LAN) and unified communication at all NOW IT GmbH locations. This also includes the telephone systems of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Mitteldeutschland

In addition to the telecommunications systems and their end devices (approx. 23,000 configured ports), systems for real-time communication (video, IM, presence), video conferencing systems and unified messaging (voicemail, fax and SMS) are also supported. In addition to basic communication, other applications (e.g. Call center, accounting management, user management, CTI) are also supported.
The aim is to provide the services offered by NOW IT in the field of unified communication in high quality while adhering to the agreed SLAs and to further develop them conceptually.
The task is therefore associated with business trips within the Federal Republic of Germany.
As a System Administrator (m/f/d) you will support us with, among other things:
- the analysis, planning, conception and further development, as well as the implementation, administration and maintenance of the subject areas:
- UC systems (VoIP, video)
- Contact center solutions (ACD)
- Attendant consoles
- Video conferencing infrastructure

Requirements
You have a bachelor's or university degree in computer science or a comparable relevant degree at level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework.
Alternatively, you have completed relevant vocational training, e.g. IT specialist for system integration or application development, and can provide evidence of at least two years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas.
We would also like you to have
- Sound knowledge in the field of communication technologies
- Knowledge in the administration of contact center solutions
- Knowledge of the administration of video conferencing systems and services
- Knowledge of administration tools (e.g. Web UI, VM Ware, CLI, SFTP)
- Knowledge of the protocols used in IP-based installations
- Basic knowledge of network protocols and the WAN infrastructure
- Knowledge of data protection and data security
- Knowledge of the service catalog and the concluded service level agreements (SLA)
- Basic knowledge of network protocols and the WAN infrastructure
- Experience in dealing with customers and managing projects
