Job description
You'll work as a TypeScript engineer across React, React Native, and NestJS, implementing changes that directly impact conversion, activation, and growth., * Implement and iterate on the web and mobile flows (React / React Native).

Improve conversion by fixing UX logic issues, price displays, funnel drop-offs, and other blockers.

Integrate SDKs/APIs based on vendor documentation (Amplitude, Adjust, Intercom, etc.).

Help run A/B tests, experiments, and feature flags end-to-end.

Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to move faster - not a vibe coder, but an engineer willing to yield the AI magic to their powers.

Set up and maintain tracking (GTM - nice to have, not required)., A conversation focused on your technical abilities, problem-solving approach, and practical experience.

Interview with our Head of Marketing / Product Owner This round explores cross-functional collaboration, communication, and how you work with different teams.

Co-Founder Interview A final conversation to discuss alignment, culture, ownership, and your impact on Ostrom as a whole.
Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * 3+ years as a full-stack Software Engineer.
- Strong with TypeScript.
- Experience with React and/or React Native.
- Experience with Node.js / NestJS.
- Good SQL knowledge.
- Solid understanding of APIs, SDK integrations, and Webhooks.
- Experience with A/B testing or building growth/product experiments.
- Strong communication in English.
Nice to have
- Webflow experience (especially custom JS embeds).
- Experience working with marketing or growth teams.
- Experience with Make.com or other automation tools.
- German language skills.
