Job description
- Monitoring and controlling processes within the systems for which you are responsible
- Adjustment and control activities, operation of the programs via various graphical user interfaces and the command line
- Development and implementation of flow charts and logging of activities
- Operating and monitoring the system interfaces, providing and processing the necessary data
- Support with error and problem processing
- Creation of files and reports for internal and external use
- Planning and execution of software tests
- Collaboration on change projects within the software systems
Requirements
- Completed training in the IT sector with initial work experience
- Advanced knowledge of the Linux and Windows operating systems
- Business fluent German and very good English skills
- Ability to work carefully, responsibly and conceptually
- A high degree of customer and service orientation
- Enjoy solution-oriented work in a complex system environment
- Team orientation, good communication skills and a high level of comprehension
