IT Specialist Application Manager Lottery Software

• Monitoring and controlling processes within the systems for which you are responsible
• Adjustment and control activities, operation of the programs via various graphical user interfaces and the command line
• Development and implementation of flow charts and logging of activities
• Operating and monitoring the system interfaces, providing and processing the necessary data
• Support with error and problem processing
• Creation of files and reports for internal and external use
• Planning and execution of software tests
• Collaboration on change projects within the software systems

• Completed training in the IT sector with initial work experience
• Advanced knowledge of the Linux and Windows operating systems
• Business fluent German and very good English skills
• Ability to work carefully, responsibly and conceptually
• A high degree of customer and service orientation
• Enjoy solution-oriented work in a complex system environment
• Team orientation, good communication skills and a high level of comprehension

• Permanent full-time position (38 hours/week)
