The Group Data Office (GDO) steers this change through five streams: COO & Transversal, Data Management & Shared Data, ESG Data & Systems, Data Privacy & Protection, and AI Office.

Mission

Lead strategic data projects that operationalize the Group's Data Strategy.
Ensure every initiative complies with data frameworks, regulatory standards and budget-time-quality targets.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact.
Promote continuous improvement and innovation in data governance.

What you'll do

Deliver data projects end-to-end, aligning scope, timelines, costs and quality.
Translate the Data Strategy into actionable initiatives, bridging business needs and IT delivery.
Coordinate Business Lines, Group Functions and IT to secure timely decisions.
Guarantee compliance with internal policies, BCBS 239, privacy-by-design and data-protection rules.
Set up and manage project governance, KPI tracking, reporting and steering-committee preparation., * Tailored training programmes, clear career plans and internal mobility (national & international).

Requirements

Proven experience in data-focused project management (incl. planning tools and project framing).
Strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving skills; creativity to drive results.
Ability to anticipate business needs, improve processes and lead cultural-change initiatives.
Knowledge of data quality, security, processing, and relevant IT/IP law.
Fluency in English; French and/or local language preferred.
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
