Data Project Manager

The Group Data Office (GDO) steers this change through five streams: COO & Transversal, Data Management & Shared Data, ESG Data & Systems, Data Privacy & Protection, and AI Office.

Mission

• Lead strategic data projects that operationalize the Group's Data Strategy.

• Ensure every initiative complies with data frameworks, regulatory standards and budget-time-quality targets.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable business impact.

• Promote continuous improvement and innovation in data governance.

What you'll do

• Deliver data projects end-to-end, aligning scope, timelines, costs and quality.
• Translate the Data Strategy into actionable initiatives, bridging business needs and IT delivery.
• Coordinate Business Lines, Group Functions and IT to secure timely decisions.
• Guarantee compliance with internal policies, BCBS 239, privacy-by-design and data-protection rules.
• Set up and manage project governance, KPI tracking, reporting and steering-committee preparation.

• Proven experience in data-focused project management (incl. planning tools and project framing).
• Strong organisational, decision-making and problem-solving skills; creativity to drive results.
• Ability to anticipate business needs, improve processes and lead cultural-change initiatives.
• Knowledge of data quality, security, processing, and relevant IT/IP law.
• Fluency in English; French and/or local language preferred.
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
