Productivity Improvement, Automation, and Process Redesign Lead initiatives to increase productivity of technology and development teams through copilots, intelligent automation, assisted code generation, and advanced engineering practices. Design and drive automations and process redesigns using AI, optimizing execution time, reducing errors, and eliminating manual, information technologies. Proven experience leading strategic data and AI programs. Experience leading generative AI initiatives or chatgpt adoption Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Quantitative Economics, or similar fields. A Master's degree in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or an MBA will be a strong advantage. Proven ability to translate business needs into data and AI solutions. Knowledge of machine learning, predictive models, advanced analytics, and generative AI. Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, copilots, development assistants such as Devin, etc.).
