The Information Technology department is looking for an IT Project Manager for CRM. He/She will be responsible for Project Management and service levels of CRM. He/She must have experience in managing the full software life cycle., * Undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering or

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong technical background: Microsoft technologies (.net, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure Devops, CRM), web development (Java, API rest) and cloud computing.
• At least 5 years of experience in technical project management related to software development in Technology or IT solutions implementation, either in consulting companies or IT
• Experience with agile methodologies. Certifications will be a strong plus (PMP or Scrum master)
• The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with other IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors and outsource IT support.
