Are you a technically skilled, service-oriented professional ready to support and empower users in a dynamic IT environment? We are seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join our onsite team in Almelo. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing IT Service Center while staying at the forefront of technology., * Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting across hardware and software platforms
- Register, update, and triage incoming tickets (Incidents/Requests)
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications
- Manage IT assets and warranty tracking
- Oversee IT warehouse and inventory operations
- Deliver user training and guidance as needed
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
- Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives
- Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies
- Support Windows and iOS environments
Requirements

MBO Level 3+ or minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience

Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

Proficiency with:

IT Service Management Tooling

Windows Active Directory & Azure AD

Windows 10/11 and Office 365 (Admin Center, Teams, SharePoint)

iPhone/iOS support

Intune & MacOS (preferred)
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical/network issuesExcellent communication and customer service skillsTeam-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving abilityFluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)Comfortable patching network ports (preferred) Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+) are a plusAdditional language skills in German or French are advantageous
