Job description
As an Integration Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of integration projects, ensuring they are executed within scope, budget, and timelines. You will act as the key link between business and technology, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing client expectations, and driving project success.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders, integration consultants, architects, finance, and operations teams internally, as well as with clients, partners, and vendors externally. Your ability to align business needs with technical outcomes, maintain clear communication, and ensure quality in execution will be critical to success., Project Management
- Lead cross-functional integration projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and manage project plans, including milestones, resources, budgets and stakeholder communication strategies.
- Track and report project progress using defined KPIs and dashboards for internal and client stakeholders.
Risk and Quality Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies proactively and drive continuous improvement.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure deliverables meet business and technical standards.
Stakeholder Engagement and Requirement Management
- Serve as the key liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements into structured technical deliverables with integration consultants and architects.
- Collaborate with account and sales teams to align delivery with commercial and client satisfaction objectives.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Promote continuous improvement across project delivery and integration methodologies.
- Contribute to various internal projects to improve and maintain the portfolio framework.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, * 3-5 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or integration delivery.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional IT or integration projects, preferably in ERP or enterprise applications.
- Experience with integration platforms such as SAP Integration Suite, SnapLogic, or Boomi is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP S/4HANA and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies, but what matters most is the ability to apply this knowledge within our pragmatic working environment.
- Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills: Spanish is a plus.
Additional desired skills
- Experience in hybrid on-premises/cloud integration projects.
- Knowledge of API management and integration best practices.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
- Strong initiative, autonomy, and change management capabilities.
