Job description

We're on the lookout for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a greenfield Salesforce implementation project for a major UK FTSE 100 business. This is an opportunity to design, build, and maintain complex automations in Salesforce, and integrations between Salesforce and other systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build Salesforce integrations and complex automations (flows, Apex, LWC). Designing product enhancements and building new functionality Maintain and enhance existing integrations with internal and third-party systems. Support transition to integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft). Ensure secure development and adherence to coding standards. Create technical documentation and manage CI/CD processes. Collaborate with architects, admins, BAs, and vendor teams to deliver scalable solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications

Requirements

Experienced Salesforce Developer. Proficient in Apex, LWC, API integrations, Platform Events, and Salesforce configuration. Previous Greenfield or Salesforce Integration projects would be a plus Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model and event-driven integrations. Experience with MuleSoft and integration best practices. Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools (Jira, CI/CD). Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to mentor junior team members.Preferred Certifications

Salesforce App Builder or Administrator.

Up to £60,000 + circa 10% Bonus + £4900 Car Allowance (approx. £70k total package) 25 days holiday (rising with service) Private healthcare, life assurance, and pension Mostly remote working with occasional paid office visits to London (once every 1-2 months)
