Power Platform Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our expanding team. This is a senior technical role where you will take ownership of designing developing and delivering robust Power Platform solutions that drive real business transformation for our clients. You will play a leading part in shaping solution architecture mentoring junior developers and ensuring best practices are followed across projects.

Working primarily within the Microsoft ecosystem you will deliver end-to-end solutions using Power Apps Power Automate Power BI and Dataverse with integrations across Microsoft 365 SharePoint and Dynamics 365. You will also contribute to the evolution of T-Techs flagship Practice Gateway portal and support the adoption of emerging technologies including Robotic Process Automation (RPA)., * Lead the design development and deployment of advanced applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).

• Architect and implement complex automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Design and deliver interactive dashboards and data visualisations using Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Dynamics 365 SQL Server and third-party data sources.
• Provide technical leadership on client projects ensuring scalability performance and security.
• Contribute to the enhancement and ongoing development of T-Techs Practice Gateway portal.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements define technical specifications and deliver solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Mentor and support junior developers sharing expertise and promoting best practice within the team.
• Stay ahead of emerging Power Platform capabilities and recommend innovative solutions to clients and the business.

• Significant hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Dataverse).
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture integration patterns and governance within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Dynamics 365 and SQL Server.
• Proficiency in C# or JavaScript for extending Power Platform solutions.
• Previous involvement in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to lead projects take ownership of technical delivery and mentor team members.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of Microsoft technology trends., * Proven experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate Power BI).
• Strong understanding of Dataverse SharePoint and Microsoft 365 integration.
• Experience with SQL Server and C# is beneficial.
• Exposure to RPA tools would be advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
