Job description

We're looking for an Agile Delivery Coach to support a major transformation across multiple delivery teams. You'll help define and embed modern agile ways of working, coach teams and leaders, and improve delivery flow across the organisation.

What You'll Do

Design and roll out scalable agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, Spotify-style).
Coach teams and senior stakeholders on effective agile delivery.
Improve coordination between business and IT teams using Jira.
Set up simple governance, delivery dashboards, and visibility tools.
Support onboarding and help teams adopt new ways of working.

Requirements

Pharma industry experience (essential).
Strong background in delivering agile models in complex or regulated environments.
Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and modern agile frameworks.
Advanced Jira & Confluence skills (dashboards, cross-team setup).
Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivery flow.
Comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
