ICT Infrastructure PC Engineer

Your Responsibilities: As an ICT Infrastructure PC Engineer, you will be responsible for the implementation, integration, maintenance, documentation, and troubleshooting of PCs and software for the employees of Reynaers Group worldwide.

• Focus on the installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of laptops and PCs.
• Be part of the 1st line helpdesk for the ICT infrastructure team.
• For more complex issues or problems, consult with colleagues from 2nd line support.
• Report to the ICT Infrastructure Servicedesk Teamleader.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * You hold a Bachelor's degree in ICT.

• Whether you're a recent graduate or have some work experience, you're welcome to apply.
• You have a very good command of both Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• You have solid knowledge of:

• LAN networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Windows Server Operating Systems
• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft EntraID/Intune
• Microsoft 365

• You can quickly analyze and resolve technical issues.
• You are a team player, solution-oriented, and focused on customer excellence.
• You can work independently and are results-oriented.
• You are willing to travel occasionally.
