Job description
Investigate and resolve issues using Python, Postman, SQL - from validating API calls to checking data consistency. Project & Team Coordination, Manage and coordinate a small internal team (2-3 people), assigning tasks and ensuring delivery quality. Support our international growth by managing onboarding and support processes in English
- Strong technical ability: debugging, running basic Python scripts, validating API responses with Postman, writing and understanding SQL queries.
Requirements
- ~2-5 years of experience in roles such as Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Onboarding Specialist, CX Engineer, or similar.
- ~ Experience in SaaS, technical onboarding, support, or project delivery.
- ~ Spanish and English proficiency is mandatory (you will work with international clients daily).
- ~ Experience in EnergyTech, utilities, billing, or complex data products.
- Knowledge of backend concepts, microservices, cloud infrastructure, or QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with ticketing, documentation, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion).
- Additional EU languages (Italian, French, German) to be positively considered.
