In this role, you'll lead all aspects of resources management, performance monitoring, solution life cycle management, and coordination of subject-matter experts to resolve high-impact customer problems. What You Will Do * Develop and implement innovative RAIN RFID solution strategies to resolve significant business challenges for enterprises * Lead structured discovery and solution architecture; translate business objectives into technical solutions * Provide end-to-end technical support to ecosystem partners by implementing guidelines and offering onsite technical support for RAIN RFID systems and solutions * Partner with regional sales team to promote and raise awareness of Impinj Enterprise products with ecosystem partners throughout the territory * Identify and relay emerging customer requirements, feature requests, and market trends to product management and engineering teams including competitive insights, feature requests, and deployment blockers

Requirements

  • Contribute to the Applications team Center of Excellence repository through standardizing templates, curating shared libraries, and sharing guidelines and best practices for EMEA region What You Will Bring * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field * 5+ years in RAIN RFID applications or adjacent fields with hands-on commissioning, field testing, and customer-facing troubleshooting * Understanding of RF fundamentals, e.g.) link budgets, antenna performance, propagation, interference control, reader mode optimization; proficiency with test equipment and validation methods * Understanding of data pipelines and integration with APIs/SDKs and dashboards; ability to standardize telemetry for health, drift monitoring, and KPI tracking * Proficiency in Python, C/C++, or JavaScript; ability to produce sample code, tools, and data analyses to accelerate diagnostics and partner enablement * Excellent

Individual base pay depends on various factors such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties, requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
