SAP EC Consultant (SuccessFactors)

We are seeking an SAP Employee Central (EC) Consultant with proven experience in the Time Off sub-module to join our customer, a market leader in the HR/Payroll sector, in a support-focused role. You will handle roadmap changes, provide expert guidance, and ensure smooth process continuity across the HR landscape on their continuous improvement project., * Deliver support and enhancements within SAP EC, specifically the Time Off module.

• Manage and implement updates aligned with the client's HR roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address system issues or improvement requests.
• Ensure best practices are applied across module configurations.

• 2-3 full lifecycle SAP EC implementations (Time Off module included).
• Strong functional understanding of SAP EC Time Off.
• Fluency in Dutch and English is essential.
• Hands-on support experience within large or complex environments.
• Seniority level is flexible; strong module knowledge is more important than senior title.

• The customer is flexible to consider candidates with 3-5 days per week availability
