We are looking to recruit for a Digital Programme Manager to join our IT team in Watford. Working as a Digital Programme Manager you will play a critical role in the delivery of digital programme and change projects, ensuring they are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable value. This role is a versatile position with significant breadth, driving digital change projects across the organisation from concept through to implementation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering initiatives that modernise processes, enhance customer and employee experiences, and enable innovation., * Deliver digital programme and change projects from ideation, design, and build through to testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Engage stakeholders to capture business requirements and define solution outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
- Drive adoption of digital solutions, ensuring successful change management and communication.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies in transformation initiatives.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, escalating where required.
- Contribute to the digital portfolio roadmap, ensuring initiatives are prioritised and aligned to strategic goals.
- Report on project status, benefits realisation, and risks to the Head of Digital Transformation.
- Promote innovation, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, IT, Digital Transformation, or related discipline.
- Experience managing digital projects or programmes from ideation to implementation.
- Strong project management and delivery experience (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, etc.).
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
