Job description

We are looking for a 2nd Line System Administrator to join a small dynamic team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineers. Your role will involve monitoring the system using Event Management tooling and responding to incidents via the Incident Process including triage of incidents and escalation via the Service Management Team. Examples of tasks:

-Monitoring ITSM for Incidents

-Monitoring of Mailbox

-Execution of Daily checks, escalating issues to 3rd Line

Your transferable skills and experience:

-Event Management Tooling (e.g. SCOM \ SolarWinds) - Use of, not Administration

-VMware vCenter - Use of, not Administration
