Role: 1st Line Support SpecialistDuration: Three Month FTCJoin a dynamic ICT team on a within a leading organisation on a committed to delivering exceptional technology services. You'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality support across the business.You'll be part of the ICT Service Support Operations team, the first point of contact for IT-related issues. The team is dedicated to providing efficient, customer-focused support and maintaining operational excellence.We're looking for someone who is:Experienced in IT support.Skilled in problem-solving and clear communication.Familiar with IT service management tools and basic IT systems.Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Commutable to Gateshead 5 days per week.Experience supporting the following tech; Azure, M365 and ERP systems.Proactive with a can do attitude.If you're passionate about delivering excellent IT support and want to be part of a team that values innovation and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you!
