Job description
Shape the end-to-end user experience for Unifyr One, the unified PRM and TCMA platform trusted by global enterprises to run their partner ecosystems. You will report directly to the CPO and play a key role in transforming how vendors and partners engage across complex sales, marketing, and enablement workflows. The goal is simple: make sophisticated partner operations feel intuitive, fast, and impactful. This role is ideal for someone who understands enterprise complexity but knows how to bring clarity. It is about reducing friction, improving partner activation, and designing experiences that drive measurable growth across the channel.
What you will work on: Overall responsibilities include: * Lead UX direction across partner and vendor workflows spanning onboarding, enablement, deal management, and marketing execution.
- Conduct user research (interviews, task analysis, journey mapping) to uncover friction and inform experience strategy.
- Translate product goals and user needs into flows, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs in Figma, validated through usability testing.
- Turn complex, data-heavy operations into intuitive interactions that support decision-making at scale.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ship accessible, performant experiences across PRM, TCMA, analytics, and AI-driven surfaces.
- Evolve our design system and advocate for UX improvements that reduce cognitive load and drive measurable business outcomes.

- Practical front-end literacy (HTML, CSS, React) that supports effective collaboration with engineering.
