Job description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team in a full-time, permanent remote role. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, intuitive interfaces, and high-quality visual design. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging, efficient, and delightful digital experiences., * Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications-from research and discovery through to final UI design.

  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.
  • Present design decisions and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product experience.

Requirements

Do you have experience in User research?, Eligibility: Candidates must have valid eligibility to work in the UK(Valid Visa), * 3-12 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across web and/or mobile applications.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
  • Ability to turn user insights and business needs into intuitive design solutions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic understanding beneficial; not required).
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
  • Experience in motion design, illustration, or branding is a bonus.
  • Must have legal eligibility to work in the UK(Valid Visa)

Pay: £40,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
