Job description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team in a full-time, permanent remote role. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design, intuitive interfaces, and high-quality visual design. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging, efficient, and delightful digital experiences., * Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications-from research and discovery through to final UI design.

Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides.
Present design decisions and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve product experience.

Requirements

Do you have experience in User research?, Eligibility: Candidates must have valid eligibility to work in the UK(Valid Visa), * 3-12 years of professional experience in UX/UI design.

Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across web and/or mobile applications.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Solid understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Experience with user research methods and usability testing.
Ability to turn user insights and business needs into intuitive design solutions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS (basic understanding beneficial; not required).
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
Experience in motion design, illustration, or branding is a bonus.
Must have legal eligibility to work in the UK(Valid Visa)
