Join to apply for the Global HR IT Product Manager (m/f/d) role at TK Elevator. Responsibilities * Manage, operate, and continuously enhance the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform. * Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external vendors; manage implementation partners. * Ensure system stability, performance, and security. * Analyze business processes and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD workflows. * Define and maintain the service and demand backlog (demand management). * Coordinate releases, updates, and upgrades of the platform. * Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to drive continuous process improvement. * Advise HR departments on digital HR services, automation, and best practices. Qualifications * Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. * Several years of ServiceNow HRSD functional and technical experience. * Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (HR Service Delivery essential; ITSM and APP Engine a plus).
Requirements
- Experience in stakeholder management and vendor/partner coordination. * Solid understanding of HR processes and digital HR solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors). * Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive approach. * Excellent communication skills in English (B2); German is a plus. * Experience with AI-powered ServiceNow solutions.
