IT Project Manager (Mobile Apps)

We're looking for a Senior IT / Technical Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of international rollouts for the company's digital products - with a particular focus on managing markets where the mobile app has already been launched.

You'll own the project plan, milestones, and delivery coordination across multiple countries, ensuring alignment between local business teams, central Product & Tech, and other key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate combines strong communication and stakeholder management skills with advanced technical knowledge and hands-on experience leading digital, retail, or ecommerce projects - ideally involving mobile applications and multi-country deployments., * Manage and maintain the overall project plan, milestones, and release roadmap for international markets.

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and delivery follow-up with technical and product teams.
• Act as the main liaison between tech integrations, commercial teams, and local country stakeholders.
• Drive and oversee multi-country rollouts, ensuring readiness, stability, and proper execution in each market.
• Manage requirements gathering, change requests, dependencies, and risks across all involved teams.
• Lead release management, coordinating timelines and deliverables
• Ensure clear communication and reporting to senior management and C-level stakeholders in each country.
• Track project progress, identify blockers early, and proactively drive resolution.
• Promote cross-functional alignment and enforce delivery best practices across tech and business units.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in project governance, planning, and delivery frameworks.

• 7+ years of experience in IT or digital project management, ideally in retail, ecommerce, or app-based environments.
• Proven track record managing international or multi-country rollouts for digital products or mobile apps.
• Strong technical foundation - capable of understanding architectures, APIs, integrations, and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies (Agile / Scrum / hybrid) and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and release management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with C-level executives.
• Background in consulting (past or present) is a strong plus - especially with hands-on technical project exposure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
