Senior Business Analyst (SAP).

We are seeking to hire a Senior Business Analyst who is willing to analyse/improve business processes and implement customizations in the SAP Templates. You will be allocated to the Sales domain and will report to the platform engineering manager who is located in Belgium. Together with an internal team (ERIKS IT) and external team (Cognizant) you will work on initiatives, to enrich the ERIKS SAP Template and to roll-out functionality to (existing/new/acquired) ERIKS companies.

Together with the ERIKS Template owner, you analyse the initiatives and small enhancements.

Our end users are based in Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, Switzerland, Slovakia, France and the Netherlands.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and run new processes within the SAP ERP Landscape
• Translate the requirements of the template owner to SAP ERP processes. Indication of time and resources required.
• Design, customize and develop processes to be efficient, effective and flexible for a broad array of countries and business units.
• Deliver your work in small parts within a sprint according to the agile/scrum framework.
• Be business driven, work together with our business stakeholders and get feedback as soon as possible to be as efficient and effective as possible.
• Document what you do, in both technical and functional documentation.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
• Make sure external and internal stakeholders deliver.

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * 5+ years' experience in SAP SD implementation and application management support

• Hands On SD engineer with good experience of the order to cash process and master data management process.
• Counterpart to Business, IT stakeholders of customer and third party vendors. Is able to understand business challenges/ impact and prioritizes operational deliverables accordingly.
• Pré Knowledge of ABAP, FSM and end-to-end processes S2D, P2P, O2C etc.
• Familiar with Agile/Lean product development practices, have experience in working with teams using Scrum.
• Analytical mindset, pragmatic, results focused, data driven, can do attitude, pro-active. Ability to explain and present complex matters in a simple way.
