Job description
You act as the Dutch-facing lead for customers such as Kiwa and others where HSO delivers data migration services via our India delivery teams. You ensure control, quality, predictable delivery and clear alignment between customer and offshore team., * Coordinate all data migration activities between NL customer teams and the India delivery team.
- Oversee data models, mapping, test migrations, validation and go-live readiness.
- Ensure quality of output from India.
- Drive structured daily/weekly alignment with all stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal project teams.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, * 8+ years in Dynamics 365 / data migration (preferably CE, FO experience is a plus).
- Proven experience managing/leading offshore teams in India (capacity, planning, quality checks, coordination).
- Experience in project coordination or project management (tracking progress, risk awareness, expectation management).
- Ability to translate technical migration details into clear actions and customer updates.
- Strong stakeholder management skills: customer teams in NL + technical teams in India.
- Comfortable operating between Indian work culture and the Dutch direct communication style.
