Tech Lead - Python (Gaming Project) [J226]

We are seeking a Technical Lead with deep expertise in Python and C++, AWS architecture, and AI/ML deployment. In this role, you will lead engineering teams in designing and delivering scalable, high-performance gaming solutions. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs and guide teams in implementing them with rigor and efficiency.

Do you have experience in Unreal Engine?, * 8+ years in software engineering with strong expertise in Python and C++.

• Proven experience with AWS cloud architecture and AI/ML model deployment.
• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Critical Gaming Context

• Understanding of performance-sensitive user expectations - gaming engineers optimize at the microsecond level and will reject tools that degrade build times or IDE responsiveness.
• Awareness that code analysis must scale to large codebases (millions of lines) efficiently.
• Deep appreciation for non-intrusive integration points that do not disrupt existing developer workflows.

Preferred Gaming Skills

• Familiarity with Unreal Engine architecture.
• Experience with gaming performance profiling tools (e.g., PIX, VTune).
• Knowledge of gaming code patterns and optimization techniques.
