Systems Development and Support Officer

Join our dynamic team as a Systems Development and Support Officer, playing a key role in the implementation and post go-live support of our new Adult Social Care recording system.

You'll be involved in:

• System configuration to meet project and service improvement needs.
• Delivering training and development to maximise user efficiency.
• Providing first-line support to internal system users and external partners.
• Supporting ongoing system development to meet legislative and user requirements.

• Strong knowledge of learning and development methods and IT applications.
• Proficient in MS Office and understanding of GDPR principles.
• Experience in system configuration, service desk support, and training delivery.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
