Technical Specialist

As the onsite Technical Specialist, you will:

Act as the primary point of contact for all technical and controls-related faults. Manage technical fault escalation, liaising with internal teams, wider technical networks, and third-party support. Use SCADA/EIS data to identify top recurring issues, driving targeted maintenance activities. Carry out root-cause analysis using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone and Lean methodologies. #####ata-start="#####" data-end="1401">Optimise equipment availability and support continuous improvement initiatives.Manage PLC backups, version control, and change management. Deliver hands-on training and coaching to shift Technicians, enhancing site-wide technical capability.
