Job description

As part of Telefónica Tech's Threat Intelligence unit, you will proactively monitor, assess and mitigate cyber threats for our clients, supporting strategic security decisions. Responsibilities

  • 24x7 proactive monitoring of diverse information sources to detect cyber threats.
  • Operation of threat detection tools ensuring security compliance across service typologies.
  • Collection, categorization, prioritization and distribution of identified threats to relevant service lines.
  • Management of fraudulent content removal, coordinating with ISPs, registrars, CERTs and other stakeholders.
  • Communication with stakeholders involved in the service.

Requirements

  • Experience - Necessary 2-3 years in analytical or intelligence environments, ideally in cybersecurity.
  • Experience - Desired OSINT capture and analysis tools; investigative and analytical methodologies.
  • Education - Necessary Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Education - Desired Master's or courses in intelligence analysis and cybersecurity.
  • Technical Knowledge - Necessary Simplified boolean expressions; Social Network Analysis; Regular Expressions; ticketing, OSINT, Shodan, DeepWeb, Google Dorks, Python, social media analysis.
  • Technical Knowledge - Desired Financial fraud experience; basic malware analysis.
  • Technical Knowledge - Necessary - Linux and virtualized environments.
  • Soft Skills - Necessary Teamwork; client management; learning drive; positive attitude; proactivity; high communication capability.
  • Soft Skills - Desired Problem-solving and resilience under pressure.
  • Languages Spanish (B2+) and English (B2+); additional languages valued.

Technical Skills

  • Boolean logic, Social Network Analysis, Regular Expressions.
  • OSINT tools, Shodan, DeepWeb, Google Dorks, Python, social media analysis.
  • Linux fundamentals, virtualized environment operation, IOCs search and management.
