Job description

  • Work with the Marketing and user Acquisition teams to provide insights into user behavior and answer key business questions.
  • Ensure the data that senior stakeholders use to support key decisions is precisely specified, understood and consistent.
  • Visualize and communicate the results of your data analysis to senior stakeholders, making data driven recommendations that support key decisions.
  • Debugging and problem-solving to ensure the quality and accuracy of your findings and metrics

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience applying analytics to answer business questions and mine for insights that drive value

  • A degree in a quantitative field, including hard sciences (e.g statistics, math, computer science or similar). Master's degree in a relevant field will also be valued.

  • Strong analytical skills in applied statistics or econometrics and prior experience in empirical analysis.

  • Highly proficient in SQL and databases.

  • Basic Python skills for data analysis and automation tasks.

  • Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker…)

  • Excellent communication skills, know how to work in a team, prioritize and manage your own workload.

  • Passion for games, or high interest in the mobile gaming industry

  • Curiosity about everything & ability to innovate & work independently Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a mobile B2C business .

  • Experience implementing data science models with Python .

  • Creative and innovative, always looking for better ways to achieve our goals.

  • Experience designing and analyzing randomized experiments

  • A fast learner, highly meticulous , a consummate professional. You bring value into any conversation you have.

  • Pragmatic, you know how to balance short term and long term deliverables.
