Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst to join a dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing insightful dashboards, optimizing data models and pipelines, and delivering actionable business intelligence to a variety of stakeholders. Experience Required Experience: Minimum of 3 years working as a Data Analyst in complex or enterprise-level environments. Proven experience designing and building dashboards and reports using Power BI. Strong skills in SQL for querying and manipulating data. Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and familiarity with cloud-based data pipelines. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and business stakeholders. Experience working with or within the Microsoft technology ecosystem. Comfortable communicating in both English (B2 or higher) and Spanish in a professional setting. Preferred / Nice to Have Experience: Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks. Knowledge of data security and compliance standards. Background in business-oriented data analysis, supporting decision-making across multiple departments. Familiarity with other Azure services related to data (e.g., Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Blob Storage). Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments. Ability to manage multiple data sources and integrate them into a cohesive analytical solution. Previous involvement in relocation or international work environments is a plus.
