PHP Technical Account Manager (TAM)

Become part of the support and development team, collaborating in the improvements of the software for all connections (developed in PHP and/or JAVA), as well as its optimization to guarantee optimal response times and low resource consumption. And, as a Technical Account Manager your main tasks will be:

• Offer support to the SSP department and its publishers/advertisers.
• Take part in SSP meetings conducting in depth product demonstrations, assess the prospect (needs, technical set-up, best solution to propose), working closely with all the sales team.
• Offer support to the IT team.
• Participate in the entire advertisement life cycle with focus on coding and debugging.
• Write clean code to develop functional applications with high quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications.
• Manage technologies to improve legacy applications and security updates.
• Liaise with the Integrations team to analyze feasibility of developments required.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate elements in front of users with server-side logic.
• Collect technical and design requirements.
• Create and document all the procedures related to the developments.
• Create reusable codes and libraries for future use.
• Identify new functions.
• Performance.
• Try to improve old integrations, try to send to networks maximum data and try to send best data, improving it if is possible.

Do you have experience in iOS development?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 2+ years of experience as TAM.

• Minimum 1 year of experience developing in PHP.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in MySQL.
• Experience developing in Java is valued.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of AGILE tools (such as Jira).
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Internal communication for connecting third party APIs.
• Knowledge of Javascript.
• Knowledge of Android development.
• Knowledge of iOS development.
• Curiosity-driven and motivated to learn.
• Results-oriented.
