Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and supporting cutting-edge software solutions? Join our growing team as a 2nd Line Support Engineer, where you'll play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the performance of our software systems across Europe., As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of our support operations, handling escalations from 1st line teams and working closely with engineering to resolve complex issues., * Provide 2nd line technical support across EUC (End User Computing), Microsoft technologies (Windows 10/11, M365, Azure), and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to including integrations with hardware and cloud services.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify root causes and implement long-term fixes.
- Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles to support continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding and configuration of new customer environments.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a 2nd line support or IT operations role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Windows OS, Active Directory, M365, Azure.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs.
- Experience with EUC tools and remote support platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
