- Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms, including WordPress websites and online marketplaces. Oversee and manage product listings on Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Temu, OnBuy, and TikTok Shop, ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads and social media management tools to maximise reach and engagement.
- Product Listings & Optimization: Create, update, and optimize product listings to drive traffic and conversions across e-commerce platforms. This includes writing compelling product descriptions, uploading images, and ensuring SEO best practices.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analysis tools; prepare reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Create compelling copywriting content for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts to enhance customer engagement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on project management tasks related to product launches, website updates, and marketing initiatives.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visual content that aligns with brand standards.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain existing customers effectively.
- Lead B2B marketing efforts by developing targeted strategies for corporate clients and partners.
- Organise social media content calendars, monitor engagement metrics, and respond to customer interactions promptly.
- Ensure all digital content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice across channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across multiple e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, Temu, OnBuy, eBay, and others. You will play a key role in listing products, managing product data, liaising with external agencies, and ensuring our online presence is optimized and effective. This role is integral to managing and optimising our online sales platforms, enhancing brand visibility, and driving revenue growth through strategic digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, be proficient in SEO, project management, and utilise various digital tools to analyse performance metrics. - Strong understanding of SEO best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and IT tools relevant to digital marketing. Experience in product photography or image optimization (bonus).
- Demonstrated ability in copywriting with excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in project management with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively using organisational skills and time management techniques.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and analysis skills for evaluating campaign success.
- Familiarity with other e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
