Job description
Reporting into the E-commerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in curating and managing our online product catalogue to maximise sales and enhance the overall customer experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and purchasing to ensure that products are effectively presented, promoted, and available to meet customer demand., * Identifying new potential Web Exclusive Suppliers, Engaging, Data collection and Product Selection
- Monitor the market and fully understand trends, gaps and opportunities in order to optimise listings, and increase traffic & conversion whilst also identifying new opportunities from this
- Managing Various key Marketplace Listings
- Editing existing product information, prices, codes and images on our websites and other channels
- Use analytics and other web tools to analyse web stats / KPIs
- Writing clear informative, and accurate product descriptions for products. Using SEO best practice
- Adding product up-sells, and related listings to help increase sales and AOV
- Using Analytics data to test and review online behaviour which will drive performance
- Identify enhancements and issues, and work with external and internal teams to implement and resolve them
- Work with team to creating accurate new listings and uploading them to the various platforms using excel/csv

Requirements
Do you have experience in Phone etiquette?, * Proven experience in e-commerce trading or a related role
- Excellent organisation skills - ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage and manipulate data in excel
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and online marketing trends
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Autonomous thinker with capability to improve processes independently
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with ecommerce tools and software. Preferably Magento 2
- Understanding of consumer behaviour and market dynamics
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing
- Experience managing listings / ranges that sell on key marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon, * e-commerce trading: 1 year (required)
