Full Stack Developer - Outside IR35

This is an exciting opportunity for a BPSS Cleared Developer to work at the forefront of digital technology. The Full Stack Developer will work in a cutting edge public-sector project, seeking to exploit data for the benefit of the nation., * Support the design of a solution for maintaining legacy digital publication systems and developing a new platform.

• Contribute to the technical design as part of a competitive bid sprint.
• Apply experience from SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) -related environments and hydrographic/navigational chart domains.
• Support planning and approach for cloud migration of critical legacy systems.

• Strong experience in SOLAS (Safety of Life at Sea) or related maritime environments.
• Familiarity with hydrography and navigational charts (S-100 preferred; S-57 minimum).
• Working knowledge of a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, .NET 8.0, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Web application development with ASP.NET MVC, Razor Pages, or Blazor Server.
• Desirable: Experience with chart compilation tools or hydrographic data processing platforms, familiarity with NCSC principles and Secure by Design standards.
