Lead UX Designer - SaaS

The role will have autonomy to lead the product team and user experience processes, reporting to the CPO. Previous leadership or management experience is essential, along with a portfolio demonstrating your experience., * Proven UX team leadership or mentoring of UX team members.

• A background in UX Product Design within a SaaS business or product
• UX roadmap ownership and full UX project lifecycle experience
• Extensive User Research experience
• Proficient in Figma

Their offices are commutable from Farnham, Guildford, Dorking areas with flexibility to WFH 4 days per week.
