UK's Fastest Growing AI Hospitality Platform | Python/Django Engineer | Mid Level £60K - £90K + Equity | 3/4 Days London, They are now looking for back end engineers to join their cross-functional product pods. You'll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build and maintain the core systems that power the company.
You may begin in one area of the codebase, but over time you'll work across multiple parts of the stack-from backend services to data pipelines and API design.
This is an opportunity for someone who delivers high-quality code quickly, values well-structured architecture and knows when to be pragmatic. You'll help shape best practices, take on meaningful technical challenges and contribute to the scaling of a platform used across the hospitality industry.
This is an office-first role based in Camden, 3-4 days per week.

What You'll Do
->Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to solve real problems for users and internal teams.
->Build, test, and deploy new backend features with a focus on clean, scalable architecture.
->Maintain and monitor production systems to ensure speed, reliability, and a great user experience.
->Help design and evolve APIs, data flows, and integrations as the platform grows.
->Contribute to coding standards that balance speed with long-term quality.
Requirements
Have a technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Maths).
->Bring production experience in Python (Django), ideally for mobile or web applications.
->Are comfortable working with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
->Communicate clearly and work effectively across disciplines.
->Are curious, hands-on, and motivated to learn new technologies.
->Enjoy fast-paced, high-energy environments and take pride in delivering great work quickly.
