Job description

Lead Solution Architect is required by this leading research, insights and analytical product organisation as they look to improve on the design of their scalable, data-driven solutions? Do you thrive in complex environments where integration and application architecture are key to unlocking business value?

As Lead Architect, you'll be at the forefront of defining and delivering their architectural blueprint. This is a solution role that demands deep expertise in technical architecture, with a strong emphasis on data, integration, and application design. You'll collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams to ensure technology solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with long-term goals.

Can you demonstrate where you have -

  • Designed end-to-end solutions that bridge people, process, and technology
  • Architected seamless integrations between CRM, CMS, analytics, and other Back Office systems
  • Led the development of data-centric applications and workflows, including ML and AI capabilities
  • Built reusable platforms for web, mobile, and tablet experiences
  • Set architectural principles across the delivery life cycle
  • Aligned internal teams and external vendors to a unified technical vision

Requirements

  • Strong background in designing service-oriented and message-oriented integrations
  • Hands-on experience with scalable consumer-facing platforms and subscription/payment systems
  • Deep understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies, and architecture modelling (UML, logical/physical/data models)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all level

Please note, this role does require weekly time onsite in central London, only apply if you are comfortable with at least two days per week.
