Job description
- Your activities will focus on the development of methods and concepts for business process analysis, process mining, and artificial intelligence as well as teaching applied knowledge and skills in this discipline.
- You will actively contribute to the methodical-didactical, organizational and subject-related development of our specialized study program in Digital Business Management. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to lead teaching and research in the field of process mining.
- Your research and scholarly publications will contribute to the academic field of practice-oriented process mining.
- You actively contribute to externally funded projects and their acquisition.
- You contribute to the advancement of our degree programs and will be actively engaged in the self-governance of the Business School and their degree programs.
Requirements
- You have completed a university degree, ideally in business information systems, computer science or in a comparable discipline.
- You have gained practical experience in process analysis and process mining methods and ideally in the field of artificial intelligence.
- You have experience in academic teaching.
- You show a high level of motivation and commitment to teaching and applied research. Ideally, you are able to provide evidence of recent publications or research activities in the relevant subject areas.
- You possess the ability to work well within a team and show a cooperative spirit.
- You are fluent in both spoken and written English, and are willing to teach courses in English.
The formal requirements for applicants are a university degree and a Ph.D. or a comparable scientific qualification. A minimum of five years of postgraduate experience is required, of which a minimum of three years must have been gained outside the university.
