overseeing the development and maintenance of websites and in-house web applications for Master Programmes;
independently collecting requirements, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing training;
coordinating and liaising with external vendors for application development, defining functional specifications, and ensuring the quality of deliverables;
managing and leading the programming team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance;
developing and implementing IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance; and
performing any other duties as assigned.

a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline;
a minimum of 10 years of solid programming and system development experience;
proficiency in programming languages including PHP, HTML, JQuery, and Python;
sound knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies and their applications;
excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
ability to multitask and deliver satisfactory results within tight timeframes; and
proven experience in managing IT teams and projects.
