Senior Sales Manager - Data Centre / Power Solutions

• Dedicate to Data Centre Power Solutions business development in Europe and peruse continuously sales increase via exploring new customers cross different verticals and market insights.
• Responsible for new customers pitch, RFI/ RFQ/ RFP and contract closure.
• Passionate to dynamic sales challenges and able to work with cross-function & cross-culture teams.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales target and coordinate with the headquarters team to meet organisational goals.
• Manage internal/external resources for customer's clarification.

The role focuses on driving business development for data centre power solutions in Europe, managing the full sales cycle, achieving performance targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring relevant industry experience, strong customer-focused and organisational skills, proficiency in presentations, fluency in English and German, and the ability to travel within Europe., * 5-year commercial working experience in Power Shelf /Power Module / Cooling system / Server industries. Experience in Data Centre and Telecom industry especially in Power solution is a plus.

• Customer service mindset, organised, time sensitive, willing to take challenges and able to complete assigned tasks under minimised supervision.
• Proficiency in Power Point, Excel and presentation pitch skill is a must.
• Fluent in English & German and capable of communicating in other European foreign language is a plus.
• Able to accept business trips within Europe.
