Job description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Delivery Manager to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and HCM technical delivery.
Requirements
- 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & HCM technical delivery experience, including 5+ years in a lead role
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification
- 2+ full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials & HCM
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, HCM & EPM Cloud architecture
- Solid understanding of UK Gov Cloud hosting, data sovereignty, and compliance (NCSC CAF, ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus)
- Excellent documentation, problem-solving, communication & leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience with Oracle Process Automation (OPA) is desirable
